NON-LUCRATIVE
VISA SPAIN
One of the easiest pathways for non-EU citizens to obtain European residency.
The Spain Non-Lucrative Visa is one of the most straightforward residency options for non-EU nationals who wish to live in Spain without engaging in local employment.
Many of our clients receive their residency cards in as fast as 2 months, supported by our extensive track record and case experience.
Why Choose the Spain Non-Lucrative Visa?
Simple Requirements
The Spain Non-Lucrative Visa is one of the most accessible residency pathways in Europe, with only two core requirements:
-
Proof of sufficient financial means
-
A clean criminal record for the past five years
With no investment requirement and no need to establish a company, this visa is ideal for individuals and families seeking a smooth and stress-free move to Spain.
Who Is This Visa Ideal For?
1. Retirees Seeking a Peaceful Life in Spain
Perfect for those who want to enjoy the country’s climate, lifestyle, beaches, low cost of living, healthcare, and excellent public services. (Note: This visa does not allow you to work in Spain; therefore, you must declare zero local personal income tax.)
2. Parents Accompanying Children for Education
Spain offers high-quality public and private education, with many public schools available free of charge.
Many international families choose Spain to provide their children with:
-
A safer and healthier lifestyle
-
Multilingual education opportunities
-
European exposure and cultural experience
-
A more balanced and less stressful upbringing
The visa allows families to relocate together and build a long-term future in Spain.
